Terms of Service Our policy Payments If for some reasons you decide to cancel your reservation the deposit is not refundable, but if you need to reschedule your surgery date you have 6 months from the day of your new appointment to use it. If you need to change the date of your surgery, please let us know a week before the date you were supposed to check in. We can rearrange your reservation and you won’t lose your deposit. If you are already checked in and do not complete your stay due to surgery cancellation or change your surgery date without previous notification, we do not refund deposit or any other payment. lulu’s oasis recovery house will try to accommodate with your new changing of date.
